Sales and Marketing Manager

• Compiles and follows up on sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline;
• Cold calls and/or emails potential clients;
• Schedules and conducts a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each week;
• Gathers requirements and drafts business proposals;
• Develops strategic sales plans and presents them to the management;
• Conduct initial scoping of requirements and drafting of business proposals;

• Self-starter attitude;
• Strong closing, prospecting, and negotiation skills;
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
