Job Description
- Management of general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations and other requirements of clients
- Processing of invoices and expense reports
- Handle cash and cheque disbursement, process accounts payable/accounts receivable and petty cash replenishment
- Payroll preparation
- Monitoring, filling and remitting statutory transactions: SSS, HMDF, PHIC, etc.
- Confirmation and reconciliation of inter-company transactions
- Development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures in line with client requirement
- Preparation of month-end closing of accounts and client's financial reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Banking/Finance or equivalent
- At least (1) year work experience in the related field
- CPA: not required, but is an advantage
- Computer-proficient: MS Excel or any accounting/financial systems
- Knowledgeable in functions in the line with Inventory, Cost Analysis, Budget Management, Cost-Control Procedure and Bookkeeping
- Must be highly systematic, results-oriented, proactive and efficient in solving problems
- Commendable work ethics
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
