Job Description

  • Develop and maintain business continuity and Disaster recovery plans to each client and entity/site level; provide integrated solutions across client and Intelenet
  • Develop emergency management plans for recovery decision making and communications, continuity of critical departmental processes, or temporary shut-down of non-critical departments to ensure continuity of operation and governance
  • Test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans
  • Review existing disaster recovery, crisis management, or business continuity plans
  • Establish, maintain, or test call trees to ensure appropriate communication during disaster, Interaction with business owners and clients to formulate, test and modify plans
  • Write reports to summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Capture and report monthly, all BCP and DR events; provide pro-active information on Country specific risks and events (e.g. Typhoons, Floods, Seismic activity, social/political unrest)
  • Create high awareness of significance amongst staff through continuous program of awareness and event occurrence training
  • First line of Crisis Management, Implementing lessons learned and Incident Response Management
  • Work with the IS leadership to develop a security program and security projects that address identified risks and business security requirements.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with security policies, as well as the enforcement of policies within the IS department.
  • Provide security communication, awareness, and training for audiences, which may range from senior leaders to Agents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of a recognized Institute or University in any discipline
  • 2-3 year of prior experience of working in business continuity,
  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in BPO/Call Centre
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Must be flexible with changes and schedule
