Job Description
- Identify new approaches and solutions to busines issues identified through analysis of processes;
- Analyze busines problems thoroughly using structured methods, identifying opportunities for change and improvement and their potential implications;
- Develop solutions to organizational issues and concerns, and develops change strategies and plans and/or conducts training for project implementation;
- Evaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals;
- Establish and document processes that support the continuous improvement of sound business practices;
- Develop project plans and documentation to support the project management organization;
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course with preference for science, economics, business computer science and engineering;
- Two (2) years related work experience;
- Some experience of successfully completing analytical assignments: progressive and focused work experience in continuous improvement initiatives, project management, and organizational development;
- Understanding of ERP, BPMS and statistical/data analysis skills;
- Familiar with standard application development methodologies;
- Proficient knowledge of software implementations;
- Demonstrated proficiency using advanced office software applications with an emphasis on designing and preparing statistical charts, tables and graphs;
