Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have worked as an Executive Secretary for 2 years
- Travel arrangement background, which includes visa processing
- Very good English communication skills
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Not more than 3 companies in the last 10 years
- Amenable to working on shifting Schedule, as well as working on holidays and weekend
- For the salary, we can start at 25k and up. we are more than willing to work around as long as they excellent! if they are asking for 50k and above, please ensure that you are excellent at what they are doing or what they were previously doing.
