Job Description

Job Brief:

  • Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
  • Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information.
  • Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Management / Finance / Accountancy / Administration or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Support Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures in a banking set-up
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
