Job Description
Job Brief:
- Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
- Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information.
- Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Management / Finance / Accountancy / Administration or equivalent
- Proven work experience as an Operations Support Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures in a banking set-up
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
