Job Description

  • Prepares reports end-of-day.
  • Provides regular feedback to the batch on performance.
  • Refers an employee to HR in case he/she is unsuccessful in training.
  • Participates in calibrations with Quality & Operations.
  • Conducts refresher training to maintain training effectiveness on the floor.
  • Provides information regarding the product to the trainees.
  • Mentors and grooms new team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Must have Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer for a Financial account in Call Center set up
  • Prior experience with training large groups of employees is necessary
  • Willing to work in shift schedules and in Mckinley West, Taguig City
