Job Description
- The accurate completion, prudent commercial analysis and timely delivery of all Philippine Operations financial reporting
- Prepare, analyse and report gross margin analysis and assist in month-end closing
- Manufacturing cost accounting involving investigation, analysis of costs and variances, follow up and reporting.
- Management and maintenance of the Philippine Operations budgeting process
- Tight management of cost control ensuring that operating and capital expenditure is approved strictly in compliance with Company Policy and Authority Levels.
- Drive accountability for adherence to standard practice back through the management team to ensure the provision of accurate information and the appropriate use of reports prepared for the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst - CPA
- A minimum of 3 years accounting or finance experience in factory or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office – specifically Excel.
- The key criteria is really experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
- Experience with ERP systems (QAD)
- Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Can start ASAP
