Job Description
- Ensures that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) and accurately so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.
- Manipulates and format data to meet customer needs
- Extract data from existing databases and calculate KPI’s
- Check data accuracy and do quality checks of internal and customer reports
- Demonstrates flexibility in approach and follow up to achieve resolution of outstanding issues
- Keeps Team Manager / Department Manager apprised of progress on key work items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work the night shift
- Knows how to communicate well in English
- Key software tools (Excel, Databases, PowerPoint) required.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team
- Able to work effectively with clients to understand requirements and manage communication through the development process
- Strong networking skills and problem-solving capabilities
