Job Description
- Create and/or enhance customer-facing reports through clear visuals of raw data provided
- Create and/or enhance internal reports or performance monitoring tools
- Conduct desk research on any topic that would aid the Sales & Sales Planning department in developing their business
- Create and analyze trade lanes to provide insights on freight movement and business opportunities
- Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English
- Maintain an internal library of reports and data used in generating suggestive actions to the colleagues
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Able to work the night shift
- Has the following characteristics:
- Savvy in gathering data from government websites, academic journals, trade data sources, etc.
- Shows ownership and initiative
- Is adaptable, flexible and enjoys working in a team environment
- Displays enthusiasm to support the team whenever/wherever necessary – sometimes above normal work hours and listed tasks as well as under time pressure
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- How to play with numbers to derive an actionable conclusion
- Proper presentation of data to an audience (does not simply copy-paste content from sources)
- Has excellent presentation and layout skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
