Job Description
• Responsible for maintenance of Loading Station a web-based application spanning the organization performance management
• Facilitate & conduct training over phone /webex and in-person whenever required for users across globe on Loading station usage
• Liaise with Process owners / MI resources for timely data upload and scorecard generation
• Lead / Assist initiatives and BI development from Loading station
• Manage requirement gathering from Operations / PEX stakeholders for BI/ Warehousing initiatives / within Loading station
• To support Development work for New Tools to support PEX / Stakeholder initiative.
• Innovate / Initiate New Tools / Systems which can bring-in efficiency or improve performance of PEX team / operations
• Troubleshooting coding issues in both application side and database side
• Open to work as both a manager of people as well as an individual contributor to the business upon demand.
Minimum Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Last company should be a BPO company.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Preferably Managers specializing in Continuous Improvement.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified
• Flexible and willing to do shift schedules
