Job Description
• Provides overall administration support to the buying team.
• Ensures data integrity and maintenance.
• Handles purchase orders, delivery and shipping management.
• Collates information for sales analysis.
• Trends and color research.
• Maintains awareness of current trends, competitor’s product ranges and assortment.
• Develops and maintain successful supplier relationships.
• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, Fashion or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Verbal and written communication in English up to a business standard.
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications and familiarity with the Internet and email communications.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must excel at multi-tasking and be detail-oriented.
• Must possess initiative and a keen sense of responsibility.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and tasks.
