Job Description
- Prepares request documents, ensuring a thorough review of requests and conducted.
- Ensure concise developmental specifications are provided and documented.
- Track and monitor progress and issues, providing project status reports at regular intervals.
- Understanding project critical paths for on-time delivery and according to targets.
- Evaluate test results prior to full rollout to ensure streamlined transition upon GoLive.
- Assess and manage development and delivery risks.
- Coordinates initial orientation and training to departmental leads.
- Plans projects by outlining specified scope, criteria/objectives, deliverables and priority.
- Provide a structured approach to coordinating MIS system development requests among regional sites. Shall work as a partner to various system stakeholders in linking operational requirements to system development requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Sound understanding of the systems development framework.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English;
- At least 1 year’s experience in project management.
- Proficient in MAC;
- Data savvy, able to drive solutions through available tools.
- Project Management and Time Management Skills
- Ability to maintain focus while under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Ability to think creatively, innovatively and strategically when facing problems and opportunities.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver training and education sessions for staff.
