Job Description

The Sales Head will be responsible for:

  • Steering the growth of the sales team and liaising with our internal customers on service demands, quality and processing timelines.
  • Executing overall department strategy, providing direction and guidelines for the Sales Shared Service Centre Unit while partnering closely with Sales team to further advance the development of appropriate solutions across the business.
  • Leading the team to provide full assistance on general Sales matters, answers to questions & standard policy/procedural information.
  • Ensuring the team provides initial resolution support and ensuring prompt, accurate and consistent handling of sales related inquiries
  • Providing Sales case management services and support to clients
  • Ensuring there is a high level of quality being delivered to all business units.
  • Monitoring and seeking to improve on SLA's and KPI's.
  • Managing the resources within the team and promoting effective working relationships.
  • Leading the simplification and improvement agenda relating to the priority issues and areas of significant complexity within policies, processes, guidelines, tools and systems.
  • Drive ongoing reporting and partner with global team on process and reporting enhancement and capability development.
  • Continuously monitoring and driving compliance in processes and ways of working and ensuring key controls are in place and reported regularly.
  • Managing all Sales Shared Service Centre reporting requirements; Reporting on Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of process area.
  • Working with HR team to continuously improve resource materials, procedures and customer satisfaction.
