Job Description
- Manage the functional process of the department by leading the Accounts Payable Team including development and implementation of procedures and methods to monitor work activities.
- Develop and maintain performance measurement metrics appropriate to each specific business area.
- Develops appropriate best practice benchmarks together with comparative Operational and KPI’s Dashboard Reporting for the IBS group.
- Lead, manage and monitor delivery of the Accounts Payable Team objective based on the principles of superiorcustomer service, continuous improvement and best practice. Maintains excellent relationships with internal customers so as ensure mutual goals are achieved and up-to-date knowledge of best practices within the environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy
- At least 5 years work experience
- Has experience in Record to Report and Accounts Payable Accounting
- Individual Contributor
- Willing to work night shift and in BGC
- Has experience working in a BPO set up
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
