Job Description
- Will be required to work on very time critical MIS projects. Needs to be a key contributor in the design and development of high-performance stable applications with reporting capabilities.
- High growth opportunity within the projects as well as within the organization.
- Responsible for the development of Reporting systems
- Generate reports from Oracle reporting services
- Works with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Data Management
- Maintain documentation
- Coordinate with other teams and user groups to remain updated on their queries and resolve them effectively
- Responsible for communications in a timely manner to direct reports and team members
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- At least 2 years’ worth of experience as a BPO Workforce Analyst is required
- Well-versed in creating and translating raw data into useful/informative reports
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and Basic knowledge of Oracle reporting services
- With high level of expertise in using MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill.
- Flexible and willing to work in shift schedules
- Can start ASAP
