Job Description
Recruitment
- Develops and implements innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensures that the recruitment process follows and maintains the global standards that are professional and rigorous.
- Builds talent pool by awareness of key talent and next generation talent
Talent Management and Retention
- Collaborates with the region and global on talent management and development initiatives.
- Provides support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Collaborates in the development and maintaining effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning i.e. leadership development
- Leads the maintenance and execution of the performance management system.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent management
- 5+ years of experience leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
