Job Description
- Develop a Marketing Plan, manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee experiential programs, and to provide clear direction to internal and external teams
- Strategize and execute a strong pipeline of growth programs that will help generate leads and revenue for the Sales Team
- Synthesize market data from multiple sources to form strong market understanding and anticipate game-changing trends
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition campaigns via strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Clearly identify KPIs and success metrics for all tactics prior implementation and provide analysis, ROI, and insights for all channels and share with internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong knowledge of the Automotive industry a plus
- Solid end-to-end project management skills from conceptualizing and organizing different campaigns and events to measuring results
- Deep understanding of the brand essence to achieve long-term vision and success and clearly articulating thoughts, ideas, and strategic rationale as a collaborator with internal and external stakeholders,
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and bring innovative new ideas
- Strong track record of managing Marketing budget needs, calendar of deliverables, project timing, and excellence in creative delivery to meet revenue targets
- Passionate about cars
- Ten steps ahead when it comes to general awareness and knowledge of car market trends
