Job Description
- Manage a territory and grow revenues from that territory
- Execute on sales and marketing strategies to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded
- Be accountable for all partner-car dealers in your territory and own the relationships with them (through periodic visits, once per quarter)
- Build, manage and deploy world class DSMs to ensure efficient achievement of objectives through people development
- Analyze current territory dynamics and feedback important market and competitive information to leadership team
- Setting the tone and guiding staff by driving and monitoring a compliant and ethical work environment
- Continuously gathering and sharing best practices on sales techniques, administration and product improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven strong sales experience and team management experience with a strong track record of gaining success through others
- Experienced user of sales CRM systems like BASE or Salesforce
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills required
- Ability to be flexible and problem-solve in a start-up and multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills required
- Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces and automobiles; 3-5 years’ experience in online classifieds, ecommerce and/or automobiles
- Strong field sales industry experience; 2-3 years’ experience in leading field sales teams
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics
- Full Driving License
