Site and Structure Management
- Encodes all date information of all medium details to the new OAMS system and ensures accuracy of all data information; (from billboard, exterior and interior mediums).
- Accomodates and collates accurate information form the sales team regarding sire inquiries and requirements for verification adn or validation if the site is still available.
Monitoring and Coordination
- Monitors and provides update on the contract expiration, permits expiration and giving update of the project status.
- Does quality upkeep, updating, and maintainance of office files and documents.
Cost Control
- Requests for cash for representation at least three (3) working days prior to actual day of usage to ensure availability of funds and to provide Accounting Department window time for processing.
- Liquidates cash advances and requests made for representaion within three (3) working days to help monitor expenses incurred.
Planning and Organizing
- Establishes a sustematic course of action for self or others to ensure accomplishment of a specific objective.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 1 year work experience.
- Licensure, if any but not required.
