Job Description
- Contract Management
- Prepare, seek sign-off and maintain Contract documentation such as Proposals, Master Service Agreements, Implementation SA, Run & Maintain SA, Application Maintenance SA, Software License and Software Access Agreements, etc
- Perform Vendor Accreditation-related activities including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Data Privacy Act (DPA) compliance and necessary updates and payments to vendors’ and clients’ systems
- Collect/receive Transfer Pricing Related-Party-docs from client (Org Structure, Info Sheet/Articles of Incorp.)
- Assist in review and revisions of all contracts annually to ensure legal/contractual risks and revenue leakage are addressed, and that committed SOW and SLAs are updated
- File/upload Contract docs in Cabinet/Online Repository
- Sales Support
- Assist in preparation and publishing of Monthly Business Report, Periodic Mancom Report and Quarterly Board of Directors presentation deck which includes sales Wins and Forecasted opps with Commercials info
- Assist in preparing high-level Proposal decks including clarification of SOW, Deliverables, Timelines and Commercial Matters
- Assist in tracking Sales Opportunities from Qualification to Contracting to Win via a Sales Funnel
- Handle Program Management Office (PMO) matters including logistics/scheduling/reservations, approval routing forms/document sign-offs, administration, notarization, courier/delivery/receiving and funds/petty-cash management
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimun of 1 year solid experience related to the job
