Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries using digital channels and tools required by the client during specified hours.
- Fulfill any reporting requirements and escalate inquiries that need special attention or cannot be addressed.
- Manage comments and direct messages related to contests.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication to maintain a positive community presence.
Performance Expectations:
- Must have experience in community management for consumer retail brands.
- Ability to handle high volumes of communication efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and engagement with the community.

Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications
Work Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management in the English language.
- Experience responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries using various digital channels, including social media and email.
Skills Requirement:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

- Proficiency in SAP and FreshChat
