Job Description
- Answer all incoming local and international calls
- Assists all applicants during their interviews with operations officers
- Receive all incoming documents (resumes, memos, mails and emails) and make sure that they reach the appropriate personnel via roving guard
- Answer basic queries regarding employee concern
- Shall perform other duties whenever required
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, organized, proactive and reliable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedule
