Job Description
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible to manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to the entire life cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead program teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the technical teams and the clients
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including reporting status to stakeholders and management on a regular basis
- Develop process flow for the entire project management life cycle
- Provides advice to the management and technical teams on methodologies to use
- Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated contingencies
- Enhance the productivity and efficiencies of developers
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Studies and related studies
- Minimum 6-8 years of solid technical experience in full stack development industry
- Proven Experience in Project Management, preferably with large enterprise systems
- Good Time Management
- Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
- Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in online gaming industry, sportsbook, slots etc. is a plus
