Job Description
- Part 1 – SALES
- Reaches monthly individual and store sales quota
- Part 2 – PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Monitors the progress of staff and gives regular feedback using JPDF, Development Plan, and PAF in a timely manner
- Trains and develops store staff thru coaching
- Consistent compliance on execution P&Gs as described on staff’s JDs
- Achieves positive remarks on mystery shopping reports
- Completes the frontline checklist monthly
- Conducts daily briefings with staff, attends required meetings and trainings, and cascades information & knowledge
- Role models and communicates the purpose and importance of the Mission and Core Values to their staff
- Part 3 – RUNNING THE STORE
- Handles more than two (2) stores
- Handles Preparation and tracking of Quarterly Store Plans (QSP) – development and justification of targets; identification and proper utilization of resources/initiatives necessary to achieve sales targets
- Presents monthly sales reports in OIC meetings
- Masters and oversees execution of the following P&Gs:
- - Admin
- - Operations
- Ensures that housekeeping and safety standards are met by reporting repairs and maintenance needs daily
- Part 4 – SELLING & CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Masters and oversees the P&G for Principles of Selling
- Masters and oversees guidelines for legendary customer service and handling difficult customers and complaints
- Displays mastery of script for frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- To be able to align all initiatives to the brand values
- To clearly speak and understand layers of Harlan brand and communicate this to customers
- Masters and oversees P&Gs for Selling:
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): english
- Preferably Supervisor/2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
