Job Description
1. Maintenance, testing and inspection of:
- Beverage equipment
- Refrigerator equipment
- Cooking and warming equipment
- Lighting
- Air conditioning and exhaust systems
- Fixtures - hinges, handles, door stoppers, etc.
- Plumbing - water line and drain line
- Water facilities - water filtration system and water pumps
2. Expected to prepare schedules of preventive maintenance to be monitored and maintained by him and other measures required to ensure that the facility is operating safely and efficiently, to maximize the life of equipment and reduce the risk of failure
3. Maintains the list of accredited maintenance and repair service providers.
4. Keeps a copy of all manuals of accredited equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational Course Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC course.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Installation/Dismantle/Reprocessing and Preventive Maintenance of Air-Con units in a commercial setting.
- Knowledgeable in Electrical repair and load computation
- Knowledgeable in basic plumbing
- Knowledgeable in basic carpentry
- With valid driver’s license (Car and Motorcycle)
- Basic knowledge in MS Office(specially Excel) and email programs
