Job Description
- Formulate maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve production and plant facilities.
- Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance work.
- Deals with emergency and unplanned repairs.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and take corrective actions.
- Control maintenance tools, supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Supervise the activities of assigned personnel to ensure that consistent quality standard of service is provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years working experience
- Average communication skills, verbal and written.
- Can modify electrical design
- Decisive, assertive, proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Flexible, can work on-call and during holidays.
