Job Description
- Provides consultation and offers professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
- Responsible in maintaining the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
- Addresses client’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
- Walks the clients’ through waxing and/or IPL procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
- Builds rapport and establish good relationship with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Promotes and up-sells products, services and packages where necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be college level or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Nursing or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Female only, not more than 35 years old.
- Experience related to this field is an advantage
- Must be enthusiastic, persevere and willing to be trained.
- With vibrant energy and aura, conversational and with high degree of professionalism.
- Must have pleasant personality and has the ability to communicate efficiently.
- Willing to work on mall hours and be assigned either Serendra (Taguig) or in Greenbelt 5 (Makati), Rockwell, Alabang, Trinoma.
- Passport holder is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
