Job Description
- Project Organizing, scheduling and planning of construction activities and milestones.
- Project Administration, Cost Control, Monitoring and Reporting
- Disbursement Schedules and preparation of project billings and documentations.
- Coordinate supply of labor and materials.
- Supervise construction sites and directs site engineers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules ang safety are maintained.
- Review and control payments to subcontractor/ supplier by evaluating completed works and/or delivery
- Report and recommend to the management any projects implementations issues and concerns for appropriate action and resolution
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Electrical Engineering ,
- Preferably with at least 10 years experience in the power and energy business.
- Knowledgable in Transmission System preferably in all aspects of design and development, construction and operation.
- Experience in project and construction management
- Strong Analytical and Decision Making Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
