Job Description
We are looking for talented and highly competitive Customer Service Officer that is smart and quick in providing highly quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and high volume service center self-managing call efficiencies. Take ownership and initiative to complete necessary research for issue resolution and support building of a unified team by collaboratively working with other teams of contact center and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience, (six months is fine if Chinese speaker), preferably in Telecom industry/call centre or e-commerce in travel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Computer literate and proficient in computer applications
- Has active listening and probing skills
- With technical knowledge and awareness
- Resourceful, able to multi-task and has high attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to global team
- Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
