Job Description
- Inform, notify client companies through email and/or telephone regarding the medical status of their patients and additional requirements in case of pending medical as part the Call Center service of the company.
- Accommodates and facilitates complaints of patients and clients by reporting complaints to the Medical Operations Manager and collaborating with the Documentation Supervisor and/or concerned medical units as needed for proper action and notify clients/patients on actions made to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any medical courses or Paramedical courses, Office Management, Tourism, Caregiver
- With or without experience in customer service
- Very good communication Skills and Telephone Etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
