Job Description
- Assist and provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters and/or any legal implications of internal policies and procedures
- Analyze, review, and drafting wide variety of legal agreements, internal policies, legislation and documents of the Board
- Manage and ensure company compliance, labor law, public policy advocacy, etc
- Maintain and manage all legal documentation, tracing and records
- Assist and provide internal advisory services to the business units and department within the company
- Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures that related with legal
- Investigate and research any legal issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant legal strategies and plans
- Prepare and consult with external legal consultant
- Maintain and ensure all company legal paperwork
- Research and giving assistance in evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations in legal perspective
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- Represent company on legal matters
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in related area
- At least bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Broad knowledge on legal matters such as compliance, labor law, etc
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good work ethics and high integrity
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
