Job Description
- Assist the Human Resources Department in the following:
- All facets of HR such as, but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Discipline.
- Documenting of HR policies and procedures.
- Cascading of new policies for implementation.
- Assist the HR Asst. Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Perform other HR related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Student of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or other related courses.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Can communicate well with all levels in the organization.
