Job Description
- Create designs and drawings using hand and specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts whenever needed.
- Attend regular meetings with clients, Contractors, and other Specialists.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s / College degree in Architecture or any equivalent course/field.
- Professional License is required.
- 5 years related experience and extensive exposure in high-rise building construction.
- Knowledgeable in QAQC standards and guidelines.
- High levels of creativity and imagination.
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with CAD.
- Excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability.
