Job Description
- Provide first aid treatments and medications for employees as needed.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
- Refer ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Maintain all employees' medical and other similar records.
- Assess employees' pre-employment medical results and monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to them.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be a registered nurse.
- Experience in a construction company as a health care practitioner.
- Preferably completed the First Aid Training, Basic Life Support Training, and Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) training.
