Job Description
- Submit, process and monitor permit and licenses applications of soon-to-open or newly opened stores.
- Coordinate with different teams or entities to ensure that all needed permits are secured from government agencies.
- Facilitate payments to obtain permits and documents.
- Update key personnel about the status of applications and projects.
- Act as document controller of permits and other related documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, college graduate with related work experience
- Proficient computer skills in MS Windows environment
- Knowledge about business permits/licenses application processes
- Familiar with Metro Manila area and willing to travel
- Good verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Preferably Male
