Job Description
- The Executive Assistant will be reporting directly to the President, providing administrative assistance and high-level executive support.
- Collects reports and documents prepared by the Merchandising team for submission and/or discussion with the President;
- Handles special business projects assigned to him such as those related to construction of new stores or rectification works needed;
- Handles reportorial requirements such as accreditation as importer, among other documents in compliance with government regulations;
- Schedules meetings, events and travel plans of the group and the President, sorts out agenda items, records and transcribes minutes of those meetings as may be necessary;
- Handles sales generated from VIP clients and customers and coordinates merchandise transfer, pull out, home service/delivery;
- The job may require store visits to enable him to manage On Account records and facilitate collection as well as coordinating with accounting and store heads and merchandisers regarding A/R items to let them stay current
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably Male
