Job Description
The position is responsible for assisting customers and actively attending to their needs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides fast and friendly service to all customers after assessing their needs;
- Efficiently handles customers inquiries by describing or explaining to them the features and benefits of merchandise being offered at the store;
- Handles customer complaints when necessary or endorses them to the store head to ensure customer satisfaction at all times;
- Helps maintain upkeep, and cleanliness of the store
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 2 years in college
- With related work experience in a retail environment;
- Highly familiar with customer service standards;
- Strong personal interest and understanding of the luxury fashion market
- With Pleasing Personality
- Experience in Retail Fashion will be prioritized
- Willing in Shifting Schedule
- Can Start ASAP!
