Job Description
- Primary responsibility is to keep the project activities running in a directed, organized and controlled manner. This is done under the direction of an Account Executive.
- Assist the PM in the drafting project proposals, acquisitions, man hours and preliminary schedules.
- Create documentations and task lists to monitor projects plans and work hours.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the groups.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information and status to the Account Executive, client and project team member.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Perform other duties as may be required and assigned by the Account Executive/ Department Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable in cost and procurement project management; adept in technology-related trends for various devices ie. desktops, tablets and mobile
- Experience in Autocad and/or graphic arts is an advantage.
- Willing to perform other duties assigned.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
