Job Description
JOB BRIEF: Responsible for handling daily sales operations. Strategize and come up with new ideas to boost sales and seek prospective clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gaining a detailed understanding of our products / services.
- Effectively handling returns and complaints while ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Participating in programs or promotions that drive sales.
- Conducting inventory audits and identifying stock requirements.
- Analyzing customer needs and suggesting products or services.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Flexible
- Patient and persistent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work from Sunday to Friday (Saturday day-off), and perform overtime
