Job Description
We are looking for a Commissary Manager to join our ever growing team of professionals. This position is in charge of the operations, flows, permits, and inventory of the entire commissary. Duties may include management functions such as purchasing and food costing. Gruppo Dolci is HACCP compliant and working towards certification and the Commissary Manager will be in charge of this process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience within the food industry;
- Fluent in inventory management systems;
- Knowledgeable CCP and proper hygiene protocols;
- Highly organized;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
