Job Description
- Count and verify drawer cash amount at the end of the day
- Receive payments (cash, credit, debit and vouchers)
- Accepts reservations or request for take out orders
- Process merchandise returns and exchange
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers
- Resolves simple customer complaints, elevates the complicated ones to the manager
- Bags or wrap merchandise
- Compile and maintain non-monetary records maintains cash register area and displays
- Balance funds at the end of the shift
- Calculate total payments received during time period and reconcile this with total sales
- Turn over end of shift sales to the manager
- Perform other function that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a graduate of a Bachelors or Associate Degree in Culinary, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology and Kitchen Technology or any equivalent.
- Honest, Reliable with high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Willing to undergo training and can work with minimal supervision
