- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction/ improvement projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps,reports,tests, drawings and another)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisy technical specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiences
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety os stakeholders
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Conduct Regular Site Staff Meeting, Project Management Team Meeting, Management Meeting, Design Meeting and other special meeting required
- Enforces the conformance by all parties to the quality plans, policies and procedures for the expeditious implementation and quality delivery of the project.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Civil Engineering with PRC License
- Minimum of 5 years related experience related to Project Management
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project Management and Supervision Skills
- Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
