Job Description
- Answers incoming phone calls and responds to callers' inquiries
- Ensures that mail, letters, and other business related correspondences are received by authorized personnel
- Receives and entertains visitors, guests, and clients
- Greets applicants and walk-in clients and directs them to the correct person or department
- Updates employee attendance and visitors' records
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR department
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity and related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Amenable to work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
