Job Description
Assist with day to day operations of the management including, but not limited to the following:
- Assist during recruitment activities and other events.
- Provides assistance during initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operation by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, and training).
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains quality service by the following organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource management or any behavioral related courses
- Computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
