Job Description
- Ensures the timely collection of payments by regularly monitoring, recording, and following up on clients’ payment commitment
- Closely monitors and analyzes the collection status of past due accounts
- Assists with ensuring that appropriate actions are taken towards clients with past due or delinquent accounts (i.e. issuance of past due or cancellation notices, recommendation for cancellation)
- Maintains an open line of communication and rapport with clients to add ease to payment collection efforts
- Accommodates and resolves clients’ concerns to the extent of his/her position’s capacity in a timely manner
- Endorses clients’ concerns to the appropriate department/s as necessary
- Maintains the accuracy and timeliness of reports and records associated to billing and collection
- Performs other tasks associated to billing and collection as assigned his/her supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a Finance/Accountancy/Business course or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of working experience in a related field performing similar tasks in the same capacity
- Good work ethics
- Strong attention to details
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
