Job Description
- Support administrative activities and processes for the recruitment team to ensure that demands for manpower based on the overall recruitment strategies are met.
- Screen applicants: conducts interviews and pre-employment exam.
- Assist in time keeping, monitoring attendance records of employees for payroll preparation.
- Assist in Clerical Admin related functions of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource.
- At least 1 year (one) working experience in the related field.
- Good in both written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
