Job Description
- Maintain the sales admin database (SAP and IHS) by identifying and solving database requirements.
- Validates system information and ensures 100% accuracy of RE Sales information in SAP.
- Implements necessary adjustments in IHS and SAP as requested through an approved memo or Systems Change Request Form.
- Provides management with inventory and sales report;
- Collates and documents the policies and procedures of Inventory Management, Sales Acceptance, and Sales Documentation Units;
- Processes incentive requests and releases incentive items to Account Servicing Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- SAP background
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
