Job Description
- Acts as the primary support for any business systems related issue or request for system change.
- Do functional/technical tasks during business systems implementation or systems support during Business-As-Usual for Greenfield's business systems.
- Creates/Updates documentation of user guides for new and existing systems as well as the resolution of system issues and completion of user requests.
- Functional (SAP MM, PS) and technical support (BASIS) for immediate resolution of user issues and requests to meet the department's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Business process blueprinting for all SAP modules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
