Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist the Leasing Team for Retail in its daily operations by doing administrative duties such as preparation of Leasing account applications, quotation of special rates and other maintenance adjustments.
- Answer general inquiries from tenants/customers.
- Assist Leasing Officer in sourcing possible tenants for vacant spaces.
Minimum Qualifications
- CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST A BACHELOR'S/COLLEGE DEGREE, ANY FIELD.
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
- WILLING TO WORK IN STA. ROSA, LAGUNA.
- WITH EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
